Delivery

Elan delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and BFPOs.

• Orders under the value of £150 will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and costs £4.95.  
• Orders to the value of £150 and over will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery free of charge.
• Orders for next day delivery (made before 3PM) are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® and costs £8.00.
• Standard delivery duration is 3-5 working days.
• Our delivery costs are per order, not per item.

A signature is required at the point of delivery for all orders.  There must be someone available to accept delivery of the parcel, should no one be available to sign for the parcel it will be sent back to your local postal centre and you will be left a card detailing how to arrange a re-delivery or local pick up.

If the carrier does not hear from you within approximately five days after a card has been left, they will return the package to us.  Should you then require the goods to be re-delivered to you then you will incur a further delivery charge.
